1. No real privacy. Management always seem to always come into the apartment without notice. 2. They only do patch up fixing. 3. If you come in late, you have to park a bit away from where you live - no assigned parking and everybody's mother, brother, cousin and friends parks in the lots. Plus adjacent to the parking lot are co-op owners who park in the lot as well. 3. Some apartments do not have to have carpeting, like on the third floor, so you always hear them walking, running equipment, when they get up, when they finally go to bed, when they have company, etc. Management does not work with you and we have the meanest, worst menopausal, M-F daytime mantenance man that I have ever come across. 4. During the summer, especially, you have plenty of insects, (ants, sink bugs, 1,000 leggers, spiders). Do not like at all!
