* Bad location. Convenient drive to get to most places in the city, but the neighborhood is terrible.

* Price isn't bad, but definitely NOT worth the hassle. This place is a perfect example of "you get what you pay for."

* Maintenance staff ignores its emergency pager. Took 3 days to respond to a broken heating sytem in the middle of winter.

* Office hours constantly change. But they don't keep their posted hours anyway or return phone calls.

* Washers and dryers are always broken or full.

* Unfriendly neighbors.

The bottom line: Bethlehem has far better quality apartment communities than Lehigh Crossing.
