In plain english this place SUCKS---the apartment model they showed was beautiful. when we got there a week prior to moving in with security deposit, etc we weren't allowed to see the place we leased because it was being "worked on" What a crock of lies!!!!!!!!!! The apartment was old, smelly, the carpeting was never cleaned (still sinks like cigarettes), not freshly painted, windows were dirty and there was MOLD in the bathroom. We were given a paper to fill out with any issues that needed to be addressed. We just completed our 8th month and still have issues that have not been fixed. I can't wait until the lease is up because i am out of here!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Our main concern was we were told no pets were allowed but 5 of the 8 tenants in my building have pets. another issue is we were told no gas grills so we sold our $300 grill for a song and come to find out half of the places have gas grills on the 2nd floor balconies (isn't this illegal')
