Pros:

- Apartments are spacious
- Lots of storage space in the apartment and in the laundry room
- Location is prime: Walking distance from bank, hair cutting salon, grocery store, movie theatre.
- Public Transport available from right outside the apartment
- Very quiet and safe neighbourhood
- Friendly and Efficient Management, they will answer your calls, and come to fix any plumbing problems etc. as and when required (which is a lot of times)

Cons:

- Old constructions, therefore they have inherent plumbing problems, millipedes in the rooms, and very dirty in cracks and under carpet - places which cannot be reached easily
- No extra amenities like swimming pool, fitness center, etc.
- Washer and Dryers are in the basement, which are very old, and they don't wash the clothes well (pretty much useless)
- Storage space in the basement is pretty useless since there is a lot of dampness due to water accumulation, stangnant water creates an awful smell in the basement.
- No high speed internet/ cable internet available in this area.

So if you want an apartment to live in a prime location, which is safe, and in a decent price range, this is good.If you are looking for any kind of 'convenience'/ 'cleanliness' features, this apartment is not for you.
