Overall, great place to live for the price.

Pros:

1 cat can stay for free.
Quiet area at night.
Nice interior, well laid out.
Very nice patios.
Quiet neighbors.
Central air.

Cons:

My cell phone doesn't work there.
Floors creak loudly when people above move.
