Lived in VPEW for 4 years. There were several maintenance problems which the office didn't do anything about. We started keeping a log and it usually took 4 phone calls for each repair. They will raise your rents every year by an unfair amount. When we originally signed our lease, they said they could be flexible with month to month leases, but when we actually wanted one after 4 years they wouldn't cooperate. Apartment itself was ok, but nothing special.
