I have lived in Valley Park East for 2 months, and so far it has been enjoyable. The office staff has been VERY accomodating and patient with all my questions/requests. The maintence man, Mike, is super nice, but you have to respect that it is a large complex and he is busy. When I first moved in, and told them I had no screens, they came the very next day to install them. There is always room to park, the area is well-lit and safe, and the pool near my complex is clean and spacious.
