I can only imagine that the people writing the bad reviews either live up in West where it appears to be super-crowded, or are just very rude people. I don't like people giving a totally one-sided review when there are some of us having good experiences. I live in East and have had a good experience so far. I've been there for 6 months, and find it to be clean, safe, and affordable. I was able to see my apartment before I moved it (all you have to do is ask!) and the office staff is always helpful. Mike, the maintence guy, is very nice and gets things done. They fix any problem I call with that very day or the next. It's not luxury, nor is it a dump. My apartment has no mice, roaches or mold. I always have a place to park and feel safe living by myself. The only complaints I have are that the storm windows aren't the best quality so it's cold in the winter, and the buildings aren't labeled clearly so it's difficult to find your way around at first. Other than that, I enjoy where I live!
