The best avice I can give you is do not live here. Maintaence is horribe, the office staff is nasty every time you call or stop in there is someone new behind the desk, could this be because of the nasty manager'
When something needs to be repaired they act like you broke it, not because they use cheap matierals, the carpet they said was brand new is all matted, and smells of cat urine. the electric bills are at least 200.00 per month, the air cond. make noise and have horrible odors coming out of them instead of cool air. The windows must be at least 40 years old and if you say something you will be told thats the way it is. The hallways reek of stale food odors and in need of painting. The laundry is so bad that you have to go out to wash, the extra storage is usally under water. Parking is so bad you usally have to walk two blocks or park on the street , The pool is dirty, then we have lots of dog dirt, and barking all hours of the day and night. Bugs love it here but they don't have to pay over $ 800.00 plus electric to live here. Well I don't either. I found a much better apartment with a company that cares for their renters. I Could go on but I hope you read this and look eleswhere. RENTER BEWARE.
