I have always supported this complex online b/c I have had a decent experience. However, I've had it! The dryer in my complex has broken 3 times in a row, and the walls are paper thin so my place is frigid in the winter. Also, while the apt itself is spacious for one person, it is NOT worth what I pay per month - the walls are in horrible shape with spackle everywhere, my windows are rotting out, and half the time my water is brown from rusty pipes. They used to have a great mantainence guy, Mike, but he left and the new guy is a total yahoo. When I called to ask why my blinds weren't fixed yet, the managers had no idea, and couldn't give me an estimate. They don't contact you when a job has been completed, if it ever is completed. And the last straw is that Valley Park has a contract with RCN, so you can't sign with any other cable provider. RCN raised their prices so they are the MOST expensive provider in the Valley. Valley Park gets a deal while we get screwed. They are currently renovating the apts whenever someone moves out. Don't be fooled by the new apts! It's not worth it. They just changed the surface...not the underlying problems. DON'T MOVE HERE.
