Pest come free, includes centipids, spiders and ants with apartments, Pets cost you an arm and a leg to bring. Very unfriendly management. Took 2 months to get my sink fixed after the pipes leaked all over the floor. Yes there is rusty water in the washer and dryer and sometimes in the bathroom and kitchen, almost took a rust shower the one nite. As for moving in the manager never told us everything we needed. A real pain to move in. Prices are to much for what you get.. but it is quiet!
