I've lived here for nearly two years, and I really don't have any complaints. I'm moving because the rent is just too much for me, but that is because my income has changed. The manager was even willing to work with me, but I just can't afford it. I never had a problem with maintenance, they were always nice and available. I do understand that others have had problems with Helen, but I never really had a problem with her personally. She was just doing her job. Your electric bills will be quite high, so you have to watch for that, but if you can afford it, it's a nice place to live.
