I just got done with my 3 month lease and I found it not to be that bad. The only problem...the mold in the basement. I put my storage in there and EVERYTHING came out moldy. I only sublet for 3 months and the majority of my posessions in boxes had mold. gross. Hopefully tenants are reading this. DO NOT PUT YOUR BELONGINGS IN THE BASEMENT.
