The apartment plan is nice. Comes into the living room and the bedrooms are not directly facing the entrance. Management is professional. The apartment building itself is musky once there is humidity. The floor is not concrete and acts like a sounding board. Everything that happens upstairs and down can be heard quite clearly. The patio door and windows are old. The windows have 3 thin layers and are not energy efficient at all. Most pet owners live here because of the pet policy. Otherwise, I wouldn't recommend this place.
