Had trouble with air conditioning unit. We called at least 5 times. About 2 times they didnt come to check out the problem. The other two times the men told us there was nothing wrong with the unit, and that we didnt know how to work it correctly. Finally it was checked out by someone who knew something, and here the whole unit needed to be replaced. We spent most of the heat wave (in a second floor apartment) wearing our bathing suits and taking a bunch of cold showers. We had a problem with our tub leaking, and there were bugs crawling on our walls. They shouldve taken better care of us considering this was supposed to be a luxury apartment and we were paying over a thousnad dollars montly.
