I decided to move here because I needed the space and it was reasonably priced. I was promised a 2 bedroom with a balcony, I never received the apt w/ the balcony. When I moved in, the apartment was a mess. I had to clean carpet remnants, remove waste that was left in the apt, clean the stove, and the bathrooms. Maintenance is horrendous, it took them 2 years to fix a cracked window, and my windows never completely closed - this was NEVER fixed. They ruined a box of pictures becuase of their negligence in not fixing an issue with the water heater. They had to fix pipes and broke down a wall, they never covered anything and WE had to clean up their mess. They claim to have laundry on site, but they fail to tell you none of the machines work! In addition, the mold problem here is horrible. I was in completely good health upon moving in, now my husband, my son, my daughter, and I all have asthma. We just received our final walk through notice, in addition to keeping our security deposit, they want us to pay them almost $1000 for carpet replacement. In all other places I've lived, this is considered normal wear and tear. DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!
