I recently moved into these apartments and they said that the apartment would be clean by the time i move in. I moved in and as i was moving in the guys were frantically trying to fix things. All of this should have been done before I moved in, thier lack of communcation is obvious. THe carpet has stains all over it, and in the kitchen the tile is not properly lined up, leaving a gap between the end of the kitchen and the carpeting. When I moved in there were burnt out light bulbs in the bathroom, the hallway and no fire extinguisher in the whole apartment. The second night i was here there Showerhead fell off the shower, although they did come and fix in right away. About a week after i lived here i noticed that the carpeting was soaked in my closet, there was a leak in the closet ceiling from the apartment above me. They once again fixed this right away, although the job looked like it was done very fast.. but it has not leaked again. The paint job is horrible, they do not detail and clean over items they painted that were not supposed to be painted. The fuse box has paint running down it that has hareded, as well as my cabinet in my bathroom. There is a giant hole behind my sink that i made them fix. My bathroom was never fixed either, I had to keep pestering them to come and put caulking in the cracks, i also had them do my entire house with the caulking because there were so many wholes and cracks between the molding and the wall. I also had a bug problem, there were centipedes and milipedes everywhere...i would come home and find them on the ceiling of my bedroom, even above my bed sometimes.
The neighbors above me and next to me are loud at times, and you can hear them clearly. They allow dogs, which two small dogs live next to me and i hear them barking ALL THE TIME! The people above me always have thier music on pretty loud and you can hear them no problem.
The dumpsters are horrible, whenever they empty them they always leave trash all over the parking lot. There have been cars sitting in our parking lot that have all the tags scratched off, and were obviously just dumped there. I have contacted them several times about getting rid of these cars and they have yet to do so.


The staff are very friendly, which is the best thing about this place. They always have a smile on thier face, but unfortunatly a smile does not make this place any better. I tend to think that they are overwhelmed by the work that needs to be done on this place, and by only having a few maintenence men they are really struggeling. If you ask maintenence to do small things they will help you out no problem, but as for large projects you better make sure you constantly bug them in order to get anything done.

I have only been here about 3 months and I cannot wait to get out!!!
