Very Good Apartment and excellent staff - My family has been living at Bethlehem Fields for 15 months and we are very happy with the upkeep and promptness of service. The staff at the leasing office and maintenance were always courteous and helpful. Whenever we received any packet from UPS or USPS they have a system to collect and keep these safely. Great place to live - I have lived in Spring Garden for over 2 years now and I really enjoy living here. It is a safe neighborhood for my children to play in. When the weather is nice I can take them to the playgroung, the pool or even to play tennis. The maintenance staff is prompt and friendly and the grounds are kept very nice. Horrible maintenance issues I don't have heat in my apartment for 2 months regardless of multiple requests and complaints to the management. The temperature in the apartment never goes above 60 degrees. Maintenance guys are incompetent and rude.
