Definitely not worth the money. Loud trains rumble by and blow horns at all hours - you can't keep your windows open at night if you want to sleep at all. Neighbors are noisy (we were told the walls were well-insulated againt noise, but that's a joke). You can hear people walking, hear their TV's and stereos, everything. The stench from the mushroom farm is unbearable. This apartment building is just a year old and the nails are popping out of the walls.
They require two months notice to not renew your lease which is ridiculous. Also, if you don't renew for a full year, they charge you 10 percent more rent per month!

Any upscale apartment requires that same notice, Guess you are used to slum loards, MMG IS NOT THAT I have lived here for 2year and I love it!!

It looks like we have an MMG employee replying to every response here. I have lived in apartments in two states and as this is one of the nicer ones I have lived in, it is not the nicest. Plus, every apartment I have ever been in has had the option of going month to month after the first year. I have also lived here for two years and I two like the apartment as does everyone else here, it is the maintenance and management that everybody has a problem with, buddy.
