nearing end of lease I agree with most the other reviews - Maidencreek has its decent side but also the downside. I agree - AC /Heater is very noisy - one of the worst. inconciderate people. here again, some are decent - others couldnt care less about their neighbor.

Would not recommend I live at the Maidencreek Apartments for 2 years, and while i must say it does have it's good points (spacious rooms, large kitchen)...there are some thing that I think the potential renter must be aware of.
