Leasing agents made promises and did not keep to them. They get you in to sign lease, lock you in, and then you become a number. I would rather pay more down the street at Avenel and have exceptional customer service and facilities. I guess you get what you pay for...

I just renewed my lease because of the staff. They have always been accommodating. I know many of my neighbors here and never heard any complaints such the one this poster made. My maintenance calls were addressed promptly. this is a small community. Im sure we'll figure out who the unhappy dweller is since I don't know of any here.

This has to be a rival apt community. This review makes no sense.No detail, nothing. I am on my third lease, the staff is cordial. They are bound by law to follow what is promised in a lease anyway.
