I must say I was surprised to see the one poor review, esp citing the staff. The staff esp Melissa have been very cordial, and always work with you. They want to keep you as tenants, and seem to bend over backwards to make it a safe pleasant stay.
The units inside and out are very good looking and modern. Fully loaded with Dishwasher,Fridge,microwave,Fireplace,etc. Our 2B 2B is very roomy, and great for you big screen fanatics! Oh, and FIOS is in the whole building!
Outside landscape is well taken care of. When we get snow, everything gets salted and plowed ASAP.
Ample parking, nice community room with Gym. Also enjoy the under used tennis court.
One of the things I love the most' The quiet!!
My only gripe, which is why I gave 4 stars instead of 5 for construction, was the cabinets. All the hinges that attach them, the screw comes out and gets loose, so cabinets dont close correctly, and it happens in the ENTIRE unit. Someone screwed the pooch on that one. But, maintainence is very johnny on the spot, and helpfull.
New lease will be signed!
