I drove by a few weeks ago and stopped in since my lease is up this summer with another complex in the area and I was also very impressed with a few things: the complex is C-L-E-A-N, not a piece of trash laying around anywhere. Carports and storage included in the rent'!! It's going to save me 60 bux a month just for that. Melissa was very welcoming and showed me several of their available apartments and the people who live there really seem to like her as a few stopped her as she was showiong me around to talk and a few drove by and waved. That tells me that management makes themselves visible and available for the people and that to me is worth the extra rent that I would be paying instead of giving it to Pennfield.(Madison).

They are very modern and very clean. Ceramic Tile floors in the bathrooms and fireplaces.

A out of all the apartments in the area. Impressed with the size of the apt, the woman in the office and the cleanliness of the yard and buildings
