We've been here for approximately 5 months of a year long lease and we love it. We've only had to call maintenance a couple of times for minor problems and have found that they are very responsive. Grounds are well kept. No assigned parking, but there is usually no problem finding a parking spot. I would definitely recommend this place to others.
