This was my second experience with a Korman community. And all I can say is run. As fast as you can. Go someplace else. I tried a second one hoping that it was better than the first (impossible to be any worse). But I was just as unhappy with this one. The company is horrible. The staff is unfortunately bound by rules they clearly do not want to have to follow. Korman should take lessons from people who are actually doing the work and let the decisions be made outside a conference room. They cannot know what residents actually want unless they work with us regularly. It was a corporate decision NOT TO TELL US ABOUT THE HALF DOZEN BREAK-INS!!! They didnt want us to know that almost once a week there was some sort of break in and theft! We only realized it after noticing an increase in police presence and from talking to residents whose places were robbed. On our own we figured out about 7 of them. Who knows how many there really were.
Sadly, in my time here I saw a basic 100% shift in staff in under 1 year. I really liked the original staff alot and they are the reason I signed my lease. The new management, well, lets just leave it at that I would not recommend this place, or any Korman property.
