We have been living in our one bedroom townhouse for about 3 months. So far, we have no major complaints. The townhouse was clean, freshly painted, with new rugs when we moved in. The location is wonderful - close to everything. A few minor complaints would be not many windows in the one bedroom model, so there is not a lot of natural light, especially downstairs. The prices are a little steep, we would've loved and fit better (My fiance, two dogs and myself) in the 2 bedroom model, but didn't feel it was worth almost $400 more a month. A MAJOR complaint is that it is very, very dark at night and there are no street lights. It makes it a little difficult to walk the dogs at night, plus I feel it is a safety issue. Visitor coming for the first time also find it very difficult to find their way around at night. Pool and fitness center are wonderful. Overall, a very positive experience.
