Nice Place For Me

Also known as Korman Communities Blue Bell. I moved in in March/April 2007. They were able to get an available unit ready for me quickly. Staff was friendly and clear about things. I have in-unit laundry in a two story townhome. Other amenities include central a/c, loooots of open parking spaces, lovely grounds behind a swim/golf club, fireplace, outside storage closet, clubhouse with pool, tennis courts, barbecues, exercise room, business office with internet, printing, fax machine, and complimentary coffee/tea/pastry in the morning with tables and television if you like. Features of complex are that it is very quiet and you feel like you're in the country even though the PA Turnpike is within a mile of the complex. I've never seen security but I feel very safe walking around the complex. There is a centralized trash/recycling area in the parkiing lot but they do not recycle household batteries which was a nice feature in my California apartment complex. Summer lawn-mowing could wake you up unless you use the a/c and keep the windows closed. I don't use the a/c to save money and do just fine with fans until it gets up around 95 degrees for a week or so. Blue Bell PA (part of Whitpain Township PA) in Montgomery County is quite humid in the summer. Township has a lot of green areas accesible to all with several parks. BuLYzGcKAVo8MQPlcXJq
