Cozy place to live. Good maintenance. Not sure about security, though. My friends and I used to go outside and play alot (being 12-year-olds, tag, hide-and-go-seek, etc.) sometimes as late as 2 o'clock in the morning. Nothing happened to us. It was just 2-4 of us. A con was that you had to literally pay for almost everything. Heat, electricity, gas, etc. So it was costly. You also had to pay extra for pets. The rooms aren't bad, not alot of bugs, bathrooms are good. I will recommend if you have some $$$. Quite suburban area with an excellent school. The discipline/educational system (6th grade) at Wissahickon Middle School is nearly equivalent to the (8th grade) junior high school I am attending now.
They have a pool. Pretty freaking great if you want to cool off in the awful summer.
