I moved into this complex about a month ago. I wasn't familiar with the Korman Communities name, but was driving by and decided to go in. Maybe it was the balloons on the sign :)
I moved into a 2 bedroom with a roommate. My leasing agent was super friendly and answered all of my questions, including the "dumb" ones. The apartment was very clean when I moved in. I had an issue with my sliding glass door that lead out to my mini patio but maintenance was right on top of that. It's all good now.
I'm a Starbucks coffee freak so when I saw the free coffee in their office/clubhouse, it was a definite bonus! Saves me tons! The gym is pretty nice. It's not the biggest thing in the world, but it has all the equipment I need, and no, it wasn't just one dinky bike in a closet. They even have flat screen TV's on the wall.
My new pad gets tons of natural sunlight and it's quiet. There isn't assigned parking and there's plenty of it. The girl at the clubhouse is pretty upbeat and has talked about these dinners that are gourmet. It's something for the tenants and they hold them each week. Sounds like something to check out, at least once.
I'm happy I chose this Korman label. So far so good!
