I couldnt think of much more that could have been better during my stay here this past year. Since I will be moving jobs I have to move out and quite honestly I dont think I will find better or even of similar quality anywhere else.

I lived in a one-bedroom apartment in the townhouse section. Apartment couldnt have been much more than 10 years old. Everything is very well kept. W-W carpeting, central air, gas heat (ran about $70-$110 per month for electricity and gas).

Apartments closer to the DE state line are close to the railroad tracks and that gets loud at first, but you get used to it.

Have had VERY few problems and management responded quickly. For example: 1) carbon monoxide detector beeping every 2 minutes for low battery at 11PM - had the emergency maintenance guy there with a smile my midnight 2) Carpenter bee problem in May (wood decks are very nice for sitting out but they attract these big guys like flies to trash). -- had maintenance out that day and an exterminator within a week. Everything done with a smile and no hassle!
