I currently reside here in Meetinghouse apartments.

They have do-nothing manager whose sole purpose in life is to harass the tenants about moving their cars around in the parking lot.

Everything is "against the lease." I slipped and fell on the grounds trying to negotiate the slippery ice-covered and snow covered walks and parking lot this past winter.

Only once did they put salt on the walks, and then in such a haphazard manner that it covered only patches of the walk.

They finally snowplowed the parking lot after the 3rd snow, and never spread salt even though I requested each of the 5 snow falls.

The laundry rooms pipes stayed frozen near the G building, trash, cigarette butts and last year's leaves and broke tree limbs occupy the landscape.

There is an undercurrent of discontent with neighbors who have sought local legislators to get minimal conveneniences.

Discrimantory practices prevail in rentals and the accomodations are substandard.

There is a freight train every hour running through the back of the complex and the walls are paper thin, so you can hear your neighbor's breathing as well as talking.

No visible security is available and the price should be $200.00 less than advertised.

Health hazards abound, especially on the grounds and it's run like a concentration camp.

Maintenance is non-existent, and management is also non-existent except for edicts from the office about inconsequetial things and an inane newsletter that says absolutely nothing of value.
