The apartment was not cleaned before I moved in. I think my neighbors smoke in the apartment because my bathroom and entryway smells of smoke constantly. The carpet appears to have been there since the building was first constructed. I vacuum every week and still its filthy. They would not even put a piece of wood to finish the kitchen cupboard but rather a piece of plastic hanging on the side to enclose the cupboard. The cupboards are so old maintenance says they have no parts to repair it. I cannot close my bedroom door at night because I feel sick each morning if I do. The air-condition unit is so old that I don?t know if it still has asbestos in it. I am trying not to use it any more, but I fear for winter when I have to use the heat. The bathroom have so much mold that I am afraid it the dangerous type that is a health hazard. The stove is so old there are no markings on the dials. These are just a few of the problems at the apartment. This apartment need to be gutted and new fittings need to be brought in.

Call better business bureau & consumer affairs of DE Co. to report this rat lord as the mold can be dangerous!!!!!
