We recently checked out this complex and all I have to say is AWEFUL! The first unit we looked at had dead roaches on the floor, dead bugs in the light fixtures, mold in the bathroom. The second wasn't any better, broken up floor tiles (yes, those old floor tiles) in the kitchen. This place has not been updated since like 1960. Personally I would rather go on welfare and live in a housing project than live here, it would be much nicer. Don't bother trying to be nice to the people in the office, they are of much higher caliber person that you, and they will make you well aware of this, even if you're just looking.. what a great first impression they make. They may think this is the Ritz Carlton when you talk to them on the phone, but like I said earlier, this place can't hold a candle to a housing project.

You should be happy! They were DEAD roaches! DO you want them alive??? Of course place hasn't been renovated since when built in the 60's, Jewish ratlord (I bet) won't get rich quick $$$ that way! Mold in the bathroom... try not to use it! HA! Ha ! Ha!
