noisy due to train in the apartments on the back, otherwise quiet - so see which unit they allot u - and ask if its near the train tracks.
nice and green but lawn never mowed except once a year.
poor insulation - costs u tons for heat in winter.
office staff can be rude, at times when u have problems to report.

Remember, office staff is your FRIEND until the ink dries when you sign the lease..then they show their true side..-----!!!!
