Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005
 
Lived at Meetinghouse for a year. The apartment was good sized, and a decent price, but too many small annoying problems (leaks, broken light switches, etc.).
Office personnel were not exactly friendly.
There are lots of kids who, despite repeated warnings, skateboard in the lots, with absolutely no regard for oncoming traffic.
Pool costs a ridiculous amount extra.
INCREDIBLY high PECO bill. Doesn't matter how low you keep the heat in winter or how high you keep the AC in summer, you're still gonna pay beaucoup bucks.
On the positive side, Maintenance was fairly quick to respond.
Overall, though, you can get a better deal elsewhere.
