Nice townhomes

I am assuming that most of the poor reviews of MH are from folks who've lived on the apartment side of the complex...I've never been in one of the apts., but I will admit that the exterior is not nearly as nice as that of the townhouses. We have a 2-bedroom TH and it's very large, clean, and quiet. There is a little playground right outside our back door (yes, there are two entrances into the townhouse from the outside, which is pretty nice), and the parking is always ample, the neighbors quiet and respectful of the other tenants.
The only issues I've had are with little things, like the paint being thick from constant repainting and some of the electrical outlets being unusable. But the rug is relatively new and in great condition, and I love having a washer/dryer in my home. I will admit that we've had some bugs from time to time come in from the back door, but they are small and easy to spot, and since it's gotten cooler, I haven't seen any. I think it's just a problem with the screen door, which maintenance will fix (maintenance is very quick). My PECO bills have been relatively low--$150 for the summer when we have the central air blaring all day and night, and a little more with the heat, but still pretty decent.
I love it here--since I'm used to tiny Manhattan apartments, it's like living in a mansion...so for me, it's been a nice experience.
