I moved in about a month ago and if you can afford the rent $1055.00 for a 2 bedroom 2.5 bath townhouse GO FOR IT. I dealt directly with the manager Carol from my initial e-mail which was ansered the same day (can you imagine that???). When I came in to see a unt, she was obviously busy, but NOT too busy to show me a unit and the complex in her vehicle. When it came time to sign the lease, again she stopped what she was doing and answered my questions. Her assistant Betty was there as well and able to help me when Carol was busy with another tenant who stopped by with a problem. It was totally amazing the team work that happens in that office.
Maintenance said hello without knowing me and was extremely friendly and my few maintenance requests were done within days. I can't wait for the pool to open to meet more people than the ones I met all ready at the playground and my neighbors.
This place is the best.

of leasing me a apartment so way well she go out of her way and waste her time.I wonder how many non-white residents live there not many I bet!..I'm thinking FHA need to be made aware ASAP!!!

Just for the record.... I am not a minority, but was still handed the keys and a building number to check out on my own. I highly doubt it had anything to do with the color of your skin and more to do with WHEN you went to look at the apartment. If you went on the weekend...Carol and Betty are not there.

i was handed the keys the first time i went there. . . i am african. . .so i was disinterested after that. Well after a few weeks, of not finding any alternative, i went back. they had additional units available, and again they handed me the keys. This time i asked if someone would kindly show me the units. The lady said they couldn't because they (the two of them) were required to be in there together at all times. Now, i dont know if that is true or not, but it does sound plausible. just FYI . . . i went in on a weekend the second time around, and it was not the regular staff in there. bottom line what i am saying is, while there might be a racism issue, i am not certain that that was the case in them giving us the keys ot go and view the apartments on our own. . . in addition, this is not the only apartment community that does that.
just my 2 cents. hope it helps.
