My fiancee and I have only been at Meetinghouse for a year, and we have to move due to job transfers. We have a two bedroom, 2.5 bath corner townhouse. Everything was clean and smell-free when we moved it. Maintenance is extremely responsive - our garbage disposal broke and ended up leaking everywhere and someone came out that very night (it was a Friday). I always feel safe walking around the complex and our neighbors are very friendly.
