I moved in here at the end of June 2007 and am satisfied with my townhouse. I didn't get the unit that I was originally looking at, but I am very glad with what I did get. Maintenance problems are solved within 2 days, depending on how severe the issue is and when you report it. The carpet is kind of bland, but I guess it's meant to be neutral to suit as many people as possible. The rooms are of decent size, though I'm always running out of space to store stuff. Parking can be a problem, depending on where you are. It seems like many people at my building have at least 2 cars, so there can be very few spaces left at times. They just recently replaced all the windows and sliding doors on the units as well. The pool area looks nice, though I haven't used it yet. The grounds are well kept, and in the winter, snow removal was always done in time for people to leave for work. The only complaint I really have is I am right next to the train tracks, and some of the trains can get really loud, though I have gotten used to it. Noise from the neighbors is almost never a problem. I have heard loud bass once and a while, though it was on a weekend afternoon, so nothing bad. Everyone I have met is friendly that lives here and those that work here as well. Definitely a nice place to stay.

Great review. I lived in a townhouse for a year at Meetinghouse during 2007 also - I completely agree with the points raised in this review. As always though, your experience will vary based on who you have for neighbours.
