Where to begin. . .well, lets start with Maintenance- if you call for them 1. your rent will increase, and 2. what ever it is they are there to repair will not be fixed properly AT ALL! They have a pool, but yes, you get to pay extra for that EACH summer! Poor construction, very drafty, you can hear everything that goes on in the surrounding apartments, & my utility bills were higher in a 2 bedroom apartment than an a 4 bedroom house!- that's with the temp set at 80 in the summer and 65 in the winter. They are extremely slow to plow and shovel snow and when they get around to it, there is still a full layer along the parking lot. Oh, and be prepared to have your rent increase each year in ridiculous amounts. Definitely look elsewhere. P0MtU6TIdDkM23RTonAS

You were there for four years, and I only saw two, one-year, contracts, but the rent was exactly the same for the second year as the first.
They cleared the snow sufficiently for me to head to the office by 6:30 am, and all repairs I required were done promptly and efficiently.
Now as for the noise, drafts, swimming pool - on those points I completely agree.

I've contacted maintenance 3 times to have things fixed so far and my rent only increased once so far, and that was when I renewed my lease. It also didn't go up a ridiculous amount, actually went up less than 1%.

Rent does not increase relative to maintenance calls. That's just dumb. I admit that my rent did increase a little less than 10% in one year, which I thought was sort of unfair considering that the reasons stated for this increase were bogus. The increase alert came with language about the amazing community and sadly that's just not the case. When I moved to Meetinghouse, I took my son over to the playground all the time...now I can't do that because he's learning to read and I wouldn't expose him to the filth that covers the playground equipment. What was once a very nice place to play is now a hang out for pre-teens that apparently that have vandalized the area beyond repair. It's a disgrace, and I'm a pretty liberal person who doesn't shock easily. Electric bills are ridiculous, that's true. $400 in the dead of winter for a 2BR townhome? Come on. No clubhouse, no tennis courts, no fitness center AND you must pay to use the pool?
