We moved in here about mid 2008. My neighbors are generally ok except for the ones who I won't mention, that like to leave thier trash outside their front door until I'm forced to take it down for them; but not anymore. My Peco bill is outrageous. I'm paying close to 400 or more a month, and I'm barely even using my heat or A/C. Oh yeah their central air units are 40 years old which causes your bill to be nice and high. Mangement is generally non exhistant. If you call Carol or Betty, they will be pissy towards you for calling. I can agree about Maintenence though; they do come fast, but they are for the most part retarded, and fix one thing and tell you they have to come back, because they have something urgent they have to take care of. They wont come back for a week or more. The maintenence men are dirty, and stink up your house upom entering. I had to Lysol when they left.Parking is terrible. The parking lot is about 100 feet from my front door and I have 2 children, so this poses a problem, epecially when I go grocery shopping. You do get your own hot water heater and storage space.Walkways pose a problem, since their barely salted and icy. The landscape is ugly and depressing, and everyting is brown. All in all though, if you have a lot of money to waste come here.
