Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2004
 
Apartments are not properly maintained.
mold grows around windows because they are in deseperate need of replacement. Carpeting is very old which means usually it is not replaced after each tenant.
The cost is very high considering there's no washer/dryer or dishwasher in units. End units cost more which, doesn't make sense considering the windows give such a draft.
