I lived here for 2 years and had no problems. I think it is maintained nicely and whenever we had a problem, maintenance was there usually the next day. I do think the office hours are a bit sparse when trying to contact them and I always had problems picking up packages.

I enjoyed my time and thought it was a nice, clean and friendly environment.. especially if you have children. There are a lot of them, but not enough to cause problems. The apartments themselves are a nice size.
