Pros- ample parking.


Cons- Very, Very POOR maintenance. Everything is old and outdated. Small. Windows are old and lots of cold air comes right through them. You will need plastic in the winter. Central air nevers works. You end up with a window unit every summer. Large electric bills do to old windows. Roof leaks. They just patch it up for you.
