Thi complex has the worst record for maintainance I have ever seen. I have lived here for 15 plus years and the new owners stink. They are big on cosmetic work but work inside the apartment never gets done. Bathrooms are a mess, bricks falling off retaining walls leaks and pest infestation in some of the units is unbearable. These people just do not care. The snow removal was horrible.
