I checked out several apartments and I would say you get a pretty good bang for your buck here. I have a 2 bedroom unit and am very happy with how large it is. I really like the location and how safe and quiet the complex is. I also think the rent is pretty competitive. The new owners have replaced most of the old windows and carpeting. They are also working on replacing the central air conditioning units as needed. My own air conditioning unit died this past Sunday. I called the service (regular maintenance is closed on the weekend) and received a return call in less than 30 minutes. Maintenance brought me a window unit on Monday and I am currently in line to have my unit replaced. The complex has a lot of trees and grass and landscaping which is maintained on a regular basis. I have only had a few problems over the past 2 years but I have found the staff to be very courteous and my problems were taken care of right away.
