This apartment building looks nice from a distance, its located on Franklin and East 3rd St. But once you move in, you are in for a surprise. The management changes by the week and nothing gets done. I only saw one manager that actually vacuumed on a regular basis and when i called last week to see where she was they told me she didn't do her job. The fire extinguishers are all out of date, the grass is rarely mowed and the building is always up for sale. They send notices that inspectors are coming through the apartments and it is mandatory, then they don't even show up. All of the neighbors are in your business and loud. Its horrible and I am leaving as soon as my lease is up.
