I moved in to Franklin Court about a year ago & it is soooo much better than my previous apartment. The owner is the manager & things get fixed right away. My apartment was freshly painted when I moved in. The carpets looked like new but the owner had them professionally cleaned anyway. There is a grass cutting service that shows up every Wednesday. Snow gets removed quickly. A Landscaper showed up in the spring with fresh mulch. The neighbors are friendly. I like the park right across the street. Plenty of sidewalks for walking. Quiet neighborhood. Lots of parking. I'm never leaving!
