Franklin Court Apartments - I moved in to Franklin Court about a year ago & it is soooo much better than my previous apartment. The owner is the manager & things get fixed right away. My apartment was freshly painted when I moved in. The carpets looked like new but the owner had them professionally cleaned anyway. There is a grass cutting service that shows up every Wednesday. Franklin Court Apartments - I moved in to Franklin Court about a year ago & it is soooo much better than my previous apartment. The owner is the manager & things get fixed right away.
