I have lived in Autumn Park just about a year now. I am in a second floor apartment. I have had a previous complaint about neighbors and Jenny (property manager) handled it quickly and also followed up to make sure it was dealt with. Perhaps she read some of these reviews' The noise level is loud, but I would expect to hear it living so close to people. I really think it depends on the people themselves. The apartments themselves are nice, big, and have new appliances. The paint on the wall is pretty cheap, though, because as soon as you touch it, it leaves a mark. Per a previous email, I have never had a problem accessing the mail room. The maintenance staff was pretty quick when I had trouble with the fire alarms going off. They do not tell you about the firing range next door, which is extremely noisy on the weekends. Do not plan on a relaxing Sunday. Nice location overall, and overall, I recommend this apartment.
